Lets just hope we are not turning the clock back that far and this doesn't become "What Starbucks wants, Starbucks gets."

Let's say that they won't pull any punches when it comes to Starbucks now. It's easy to stand strong when you don't have anything to lose.

The bigger problem comes down the road, say, as they budget for the next quarter. They have gotten used to that Starbucks money. They have plans on how they want to spend it.

Now Starbucks has great power. If Starbucks says, downplay this angle about our stock price or about that lawsuit by the baristas, how strong will MSNBC be then?
