This was really inspiring. I went to college...graduated in 2005. I landed my first job doing traffic and working as an assignment editor for 10 bucks an hour in a top 50 market. After a year it really wasn't progressing, I worked some odd jobs until I landed a fulltime reporting position a year and a half later making 11.30 an hour... in a top 100 market. WoW. When I look at my student loans I still owe the same amount paying the minimum as I did 4 years ago. I love what I do but I understand why people are leaving. I am 27 and still havent started on my retirement!
