		<description>I find that there are only some points where the voice of the journalist is needed. I think that when conducting a story, there is not always a source to give the background information that is relevant in order for views to understand the story purpose. 
I must say though, being able to get the sources to tell the story without having to uses your journalists&#039; voice, is impressive. 
I can undrstand why this is a process of preparation and above all people skills, 
Being able to understand what to say to get a source to tell you what you want is a tool that many journalist need to understand. There is a fine line between a journalist altering a story. 
The visuals all-in-all show great detail on the topic and in truth help the viewer believe the story in a more personal way.</description>
